Kundalini Yoga with Salina
Kundalini is a unique style of yoga combining mostly dynamic or flowing movements, breathing techniques, meditation & mantra. It is excellent for boosting energy & overall health, while giving you space to relax and unwind. It is great for elevating mood, releasing stress and improving sleep.
It promotes physical and psychological healing, and helps to cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance. Sometimes referred to as the 'Yoga of Awareness', it creates space for you to explore your inner world and connect more deeply to your Self. Classes are varied, rejuvenating and uplifting! A different soundtrack each week helps to enhance your experience of the practice, and will support you in going deeper into relaxation and meditation during the session. Much of the focus is on the energetic body and on working with the chakras.
